Who we are

Fintec Studio is operated by Benchmarked d.o.o., Ljubljana, Slovenia (the controller). Contact: info@benchmarked.co, +386 41 948 698.

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, company, topic and message. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers on this site.

Why and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal, based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Processors and retention

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., under a data processing agreement. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they become a client relationship.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@benchmarked.co. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
